It binds itself to trees on marshes. It attracts prey with its sweet-smelling drool and gulps them down.

I think this Pokémon deserves a bit of attention.
It has 90 HP
Not an horrible Retreat Cost with Skyarrow Bridge · Next Destinies (NXD) #91.
The first attack is really good, and if Vileplume reappears it might be the best answer available
The second attack seems moot for a cost of 3 energies, but with Celebi it still seems playable and works nicely with Pokémon Catcher · Plasma Blast (PLB) #83 to remove an annoyance on the opposing field (for example, if the opponent played a Stage 2 with a Rare Candy, this might put him in trouble when you send it back into his hand).
I really think this is a good card, but it might never see any play, depending on the upcoming metagame.

Carnivine doesn’t gamble. He likes to get things done without tossing multiple coins with a lost turn as a consequence of failure. That’s why he woke up early in the morning, snuck up on Team Rocket’s Minion and his loyal Dark Persian, and gobbled them both up.

This isn’t a bad card. Both attacks are pretty good if used correctly. Too bad it can’t really do major damage.

I wonder what kind of flowers these are? I bet some sharp-eyed botanist can figure this out :)

“Spit Squall” reminds me of an attack on SF Mismagius.
