When the temperature rose at the end of the ice age, most Mamoswine disappeared.

How useful would it be to run this guy with Fliptini?

At a glance, Vanilluxe (NVI) #29 seems like a better card. It’s faster overall and armed with a more consistent form of paralysis. On the other hand, Piloswine is better than any printing of Vanillish and this guy has a 56% chance paralyzing the opponent and proceeding to hit him with a total of 160 damage, should you use each attack once.
The problem here is that you need an ungodly large suite of cards to set this up (WWCC blastoise/candy/squirtle mamoswine/candy/swinub victini, a total of 10-11 cards, depending on whether or not you have double colorless energy) whereas Blastoise+Articuno EX can do the same thing faster and without any coin flips at all, needing a total of 8 cards, one of them being the searchable plasma energy.

That is just a long way of saying “This card is bad and there are better ways to do the same thing that are still bad.”
