Celebrations’ nominal set list for the Ultra Rares seems to have swapped the order of _____’s Pikachu and Rocket’s Zapdos as compared to the corresponding Japanese set. I’m not really sure why.
In Japan, _____’s Pikachu was first available November 5, 1998, followed by Rocket’s Zapdos on June 25, 1999.
In North America, _____’s Pikachu was first available September of 2000, followed by Rocket’s Zapdos in October of 2000.

Celebrations also has Umbreon ★ out of place when compared to the JP list, but it corresponds to its delayed release in the North American schedule.
