Poké-BODY ⇢ Shining Horn
As long as Absol is the only Pokémon you have in play, your opponent’s Basic Pokémon can’t attack.
{C} → Extra Call
Search your deck for a Pokémon-ex, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.
{D}{C} → Feint Attack
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 20 damage to that Pokémon. This attack’s damage isn’t affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on that Pokémon.

I think there should be a Fighting Type Absol that has an emphasis on ABS!

All the Pokémon with Shining Horn have a decent amount in common with each other – all four are Basic Pokémon with no associated evolutions, all have 70 HP, a Retreat Cost of 1, two attacks alongside the Poké-Body, and very similar attack costs. (It can also be note that their first attacks are all mechanically pretty similar to each other, but for a little creativity with Heracross δ.)
Honorary mention to LM Girafarig, who is similar in many ways, even though it has a different Poké-Body. For comparison, take a look at the other cards that appear in this set of results – https://pkmncards.com/?s=has%3Apoke-body+stage%3Abasic+hp%3A70+retreat%3A1+series%3Aex+ and if you’re willing to fudge things just a bit more, CG Tauros might also appear on your radar.
