Most big decks then (Empoleon, Gardylade, Garchomp toolbox) were stage 2 based, so just rip apart their set-up 1st turn with this guy then keep the pressure on with Supporters like Mars.
I played this at Nationals that year and it got me qualified… I’m giving it a 10 ;) (edit: replied to the wrong guy >_<)

I love a good disruption card. This looks like a lot of fun, and probably could have combined well with Giratina LV.X or Empoleon LV.X, but I didn’t play at the time, so I don’t know.

I used to run two of these guys in my Dark Disruption deck. Sadly, the deck was a failure (chalk it up to me 2-month noob status at that time).
