Eh, not really. Roxanne can be a dead card in your deck for extended periods of the game, Ace Trainer has far less restrictive conditions.

True. But if you have 1 or 2 prize cards left and your opponent has 3 prizes left, say, then Roxanne is more useful than Ace Trainer. But that can be a very niche scenario…
