The “Barrage” in “Draco Meteor Barrage” is coming from the name of an attack Exeggutor can learn in the video games. I think just about every prior instance of Exeggutor having an ‘Eggsplosion’ attack in the English edition of the TCG is actually a very weird* mistranslation (though I don’t know if I’d even call it that?) of the JP name for the Barrage attack, so it would’ve been nice to see this attack translated as “Draco Meteor Eggsplosion”. It doesn’t *quite* look like they want to ren-egg on translating たまなげ as Barrage instead of Eggsplosion, as the Exeggcute in this set still has an attack with Eggsplosion in its name, but I wonder what happened here to make them not follow through.
