Garbordor shuffling the tools back into the deck makes it pretty unsustainable. Ninetales, meanwhile, just needs Battle Compressor and perhaps Lost Thunder Zebstrika and can do continuous damage once it gets rolling.
Ninetales also has synergy with the various Roto Motor Rotom cards
End result being a deck that needs no energy at all to function, allowing it to devote more space to tools and ways to discard them. I’ve considered building it myself as a memedeck (its damage scaling is prob way too low for legit viability in Expanded).
