It has been asked on the TPCi forums several months ago, and iirc the answer was “They are trainers with different effects, so playing 4 of each is okay”.
Not like it’s going to be an issue at any tournament, anyway :P
Thinking back, this card is actually better, if your memory’s good enough — this doesn’t require revealing your prizes to your opponent. Better options nowadays anyway though.

Is one allowed to run 4 Alph Litograph FOUR, and 1 Alph ONE in a deck? Or any mixture of Alphs?

Its 4 in any combination of Alphs. Otherwise, you’d be allowed 10 cards with the same name in your deck.
