I was inactive from after Neo series upto D/P, so I was confused about all the text that sounded like there were double battles. Was it actually in the rules as a how-to do a double battle?

Wait… why isn’t Ice ever SE against anything in the TCG? I know it’s combined with Water, but that never stopped Bug being SE against Psychic and Ground being SE against Electric.
