Is that second attack a typo? Why does it say “to each of 2 of your opponent’s Pokémon”? Aren’t these attacks usually written as just “to 2 of your opponent’s Pokémon”? Is there something different about this attack?

They started changing card text conventions starting in Black Bolt and White Flare, but starting in Mega Evolution we’re seeing bigger changes, mostly seen in the wording of Abilities.
I would have preferred for these changes to not happen.
