DAA Vanilluxe is another Stage 2 Pokemon who can paralyze from the bench.
Personally, I prefer Amphy because coin flipping sucks. Plus, this Ability is awesome (in Unlimited) for LZ attackers like LOR Sableye!

Actually, Vanilluxe can only paralyze from the Active Spot.
Not an awful ability, but you’d be advised to build a deck that lets Mr. Ice Cream pivot back and forth from the bench quickly (like with Air Balloon).
