Weird… this Pokémon could have got a Psychic Type card in Gen 2 and 3, but instead it was always Grass or Dark Type.

  Well, Blobby from 3 years ago, Poison-Types never had Psychic as the type pre-Gen 4, save for Delta Gloom and Delta Vileplume
  
  The Gastly line and the Tentacool line would’ve had Grass cards pre Gen 4 TCG, but Media Factory never got around to it until it was too late.
