Poké-BODY ⇢ Fossil Armor
If Armaldo would be damaged by an attack, prevent that attack’s damage done to Armaldo if that damage is 60 or less.
{F}{F}{C} → Crush Claw : 60
During your next turn, if an attack does damage to the Defending Pokémon (after applying Weakness and Resistance), that attack does 40 more damage.

Am I missing something here? At the current level of power, sure, Fossil Armor won’t get you very far… but in the set it was printed, it was actually hugely effective at protecting it from enemy attacks, and its weakness could be covered up with a tool in the same set.
