It’s not as good as Drake’s Stadium (PK) #72. The only case when it’s more useful that I can think of if the opponent’s attack does EXACTLY 10 HP more than the max HP of your Pokémon. That way, it doesn’t get knocked out with this, but does with Drake’s Stadium.
If it does +20 damage or more, the Pokémon is knocked out either way. If it does less damage than your Pokémon’s maximum HP +10, but does more than the half of it +10, they are equally good. If the opponent could only do half, or even less of your maximum HP in damage, Drake’s Stadium is better. In conclusion, I think that one can be useful much more often.

This one is legit because 90 damage is a thing right now, and Drake’s Stadium is rotated out.

I know it’s rotated out, I was talking about using them in unlimited.

You won’t have a turn before you get to use the Stadium (most likely).
