    could your opponent use fliptini to redo the coin flip for Bench Manipulation?

      No, because Victory Star reads: “Once during your turn, after you flip any coins for an attack.”

      That means that if you attack with Bench Manipulation while your opponent has a Fliptini, they could NOT use Victory Star to re-flip because the attack is not occurring during their turn. Good question!
