Why, other than the extremely questionable art, does this thing have such a terrible rating? While it lacks the wall function that the Deoxys print possesses, and its mud slap costs two energies for something that the holon print can (sometimes) rival with one energy..but it’s still roughly at the same level as the others. It’s also a way to access water type damage without using water type energy, which is a plus.
