If they ever print a card with an effect identical to Needle Shock , but with a different name(bonus points if it’s on a grass pokemon) You can bet your bottom dollar that this+skyarrow bridge+that pokemon will be a threat in unlimited

I don’t think so, that would be too slow for Unlimited.
Plus The Pokemon Company wouldn’t do that.
