You could still retreat infinately at the time, right? so you could retreat to Kakuna, evolve, and retreat back without burning a Switch or whatever? I bet he was used about as much as Roserade/ Amoongus today.

This card is so good, better than Amoongus by far! The Paralysis is what makes it, it’s like a panic button for when your opponent’s attacker is getting out of hand and hard to KO. The attack is good for DCE, I hit the 60 often enough. It’s the last card I need for my Beedrill deck, sick of my Base set proxy…
