If Syncronoise was actually like this in the games, it would be a good move.
I’m sure if this would be faithful o the game, it would be a pretty bad move.

Syncronoise: 20. This attack does no damage if the defending pokemon does not share a type with this pokemon

  The games… Don’t damage anything except the one/two/three that are out there. You can’t damage Pokemon in the game that are in the party.
