Cards like this make me wonder… What was the exact reason for them discluding saying Bellossom ex in the Fellowship Poké-Body? Did they know there would be no Bellossom ex, or did they just not include it because there was no Bellossom ex at the time.

That’s a very real possibility lol. Still wondering why you can’t Baby Evolution into Hitmonchan ex, Electabuzz ex or Magmar ex though.
