Yousuke Hirata was credited with 3D Pokémon design for Pokémon Stadium 2, as well as design credits for Super Smash Bros. Melee. As with a lot of the other artists credited alongside CR CG gangs, I’m not sure whether he was HAL or Creatures staff, but CR CG gangs being a CG group within Creatures suggests he was a member of, well, Creatures.
Other than that there’s not a lot of information about him out there, and because he appears to share his name with a fictional manga and anime character from an unrelated series that debuted in 2015, it’s not easy for a non-fluent Japanese speaker like myself to parse through search results, but it does appear that a vast majority of CG artwork in the TCG has been done by members of Creatures, Inc. up to the present day.
