This card, EVS Milotic, and Silver Tempest Amoonguss (https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Amoonguss_(Lost_Abyss_9) ) all have abilities that *could* be helpful and definitely fill a niche in the meta. But they all feel too situational to be including in your average deck!

They do sometimes find their niches — EVS Milotic is immensely helpful for ASR Vespiquen to function, since it relies on keeping Sweet Honeys in its hand to continue dealing damage. Silver Tempest Amoongus will probably never be useful though, lol.

Yeah it never saw play lol. Mill hasn’t been a common tactic for a long time—and even then, a Stage 1 is too difficult a tech to fit into many decks!
