You may use this card only if you have more Prize cards left than your opponent. During this turn, each of your Active Pokémon’s attacks does 40 more damage to your opponent’s Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance).
· Supporter rule: You can play only one Supporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

Trying to figure out when they gave up on the concept of double battles in the TCG – (I mean, they never really supported it, did they? But that’s beside the point.)
PK Charizard is the last result for +text:”each Defending Pokémon” and I assumed that for being the last Gen 3 set that would be the end of it, but +text:”each of your Active Pokémon” suggests it lingered into DP (SW Weavile, LA Buck’s Training) and even into HGSS with this card? Anyone know any other phrases that would be relevant to look into?

The Double Battle concept in the TCG has been abandoned at this point. The text actually means “each attack”, not “each Pokémon”. Wording like “each attack” even lingered for the entire Black & White Series, proven by the card text of BCR Crystal Edge, and was a bit inconsistent in the XY Series (compare Muscle Band and BKT Haxorus), before being actually consistent in the Sun & Moon series.

First card since ‘Pow! Hand Extension’ with the caveat/limitation, “You may use this card only if you have more Prize cards left than your opponent.”
TM Twins and AOR Ace Trainer also have this qualification.
