Put a Pokémon from your hand face down in front of you and tell your opponent the name of an attack it has. Your opponent guesses the name of that Pokémon, and then you reveal it. If your opponent guessed right, they draw 4 cards. If they guessed wrong, you draw 4 cards. Return the Pokémon to your hand.
· Supporter rule: You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

A history of guessing games in the TCG – I don’t think I’ve missed any;
Blaine’s Quiz #1: Given the name of a Pokémon, guess its length/height.
· Returned during BW era as Cedric Juniper.
Blaine’s Quiz #2: Guess if a card is a Pokémon, a Trainer, or an Energy.
· Returned during Neo block as Card-Flip Game
· Returned during PCG block as Unown ? (#UF-?)
Blaine’s Quiz #3: Given the name of a Pokémon’s attack, guess the Pokémon.
· Returned during SM era as Blaine’s Quiz Show
Pokémon Personality Quiz: Guess if an evolution card is Dark, Light, or neither.
· Has not returned.
Mr. Mime (#MT-30): Guess whether a hidden coin is heads or tails.
· Returned on Unown F (#GE-56)
Unown ? (#LA-82): Guess what the type of a Pokémon card is.
· Returned on Oranguru (#UNM-182)
Blaine’s Quizzes and related guessing games are open only to players (but occasionally the opponent) who are a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (except Quebec) or any other jurisdiction whether the English edition of the Pokémon Trading Card Game is played (so several other countries, but still excepting Quebec) who are 18 or older and the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides (unless you’re playing a different age division). No purchase necessary (unless you don’t already own the cards, in which case you will probably need to buy them). Entrants may enter by playing any of the aforementioned cards during an officially recognized Pokémon Trading Card Game match (unless it is Worlds 2019 and you’re trying to play Blaine’s Quiz Show, because they actually banned the card for the sake of avoiding any confusion given the multilingual nature of Worlds).

I’ve come across at least one card I’ve missed. The e-Card era Slowking 006/T has a Poké-Power which allows you to make your opponent play something along the lines of Blaine’s Quiz #2 – they have to guess if the top card of your deck is a Pokémon, Trainer, or Energy. If they guess wrong, you get to put it in your hand, but if they guess right you have to discard it.

Creepy-looking Psyduck in the background!!!
Does MT Mr. Mime belong on this list, too?
Twylis
Pretty sure that’s Magmar, but it’s much yellower than usual. As an aside, his use of his own face in the background is very Dr. Eggman-esque.

Oh, you already mentioned Mr. Mime!! ☉ ‿ ⚆
Serves me right for reading too quickly…
