Poor little thing. It’ll never evolve. They refused to print a Blaine’s Rhydon. It’s probably feeling even worse after it found out that they would go on to allow its evolution to evolve.

It may not be a horse, but if Pokémon was real, I’d love to ride a Rhyhorn. This is an honorary horse-type card because it has the attack Overrun; that’s one of my favorite attacks. And I wish this card had a water-type weakness so it could combo with Cinnabar City Gym.
