Pokémon Power ⇢ Rain Dance
As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may attach 1 {W} Energy card to 1 of your {W} Pokémon. (This doesn’t use up your 1 Energy card attachment for the turn.) This power can’t be used if Blastoise is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
{W}{W}{W} → Hydro Pump : 40+
Does 40 damage plus 10 more damage for each {W} Energy attached to Blastoise but not used to pay for this attack’s Energy cost. Extra {W} Energy after the 2nd doesn’t count.

Where are the 25 cards from the regular set?
Adam Capriola
Hey Syd, we’ll have the rest up soon, hopefully in the next 24 hours. I apologize about the delay.

Thank you!

I was initially confused why these base set reprints weren’t shadowless — then I remembered they’re based on the Japanese versions, which bear more resemblance to the unlimited versions in English.

These reprints have several things giving away that they’re based on the English versions moreso than the Japanese versions, including the shape of the dex entry box and the lack of a second horizontal “evolution line” for a Stage 2 card like this one – so this isn’t another XY Evolutions situation. Maybe they didn’t go with shadowless versions because that was an exclusively WOTC idea that was immediately abandoned for the unlimited print runs anyways …but I’d wager they didn’t go with shadowless because they’re ugly :X
