    If you gave this thing 80 HP instead of 100, this could be reprinted as a Wartortle nowadays. Even in he same set, you have an actually useful(albeit sub-optimal) variation

      You could still make this a Wartortle. It just wouldn’t be as realistic, the only evolving Stage Ones with 100 are Pignite and Piloswine.

    Here is a transcription of the text when you scan this card into the e-Reader;

    ◆ Bubble does 20 damage to the Defending Pokémon. If you get heads on the coin flip, Bubble also makes the Defending Pokémon Paralyzed–all for 1 Water Energy!
    ◆ With Double Cannon, you flip 2 coins. Even if just 1 is heads, Blastoise does 40 damage. If you get nothing but tails, though, this attack does no damage.
