Cruel of Lysnadre to tease us with his Mega Stone ring when mega Pokémon are long since gone from the TCG.

NC Empire previously illustrated Lysandre for Pokémon Center Japan’s SECRET TEAMS merchandise campaign back in 2018.

This card has the D regulation mark, even though it has already been released with the F regulation mark in Brilliant Stars.
The reason for this card to keep the D mark is because Boss’s Orders with this artwork was released in VMAX Climax, which came before Start Deck 100, the first release of cards with the F regulation mark, Boss’s Orders featuring Cyrus being one of them.
