     It’s very deliberately anti–Baby Pokémon (I know it also mentions Basics, but the intention is clear..) in the same way No Removal Gym is very deliberately anti-Energy Removal. I can’t think of many other cards that are so very explicit about the thing they’re being brought in to counter.

       Chilling Reign Spiritomb is another example, very specifically countering Mad Party and other Night March style archetypes (though Mad Party is the only one with success atm, at least until someone makes PGO Magikarp work)

   Sometimes I get Schadenfreude from watching YouTubers/Twitch streamers open $200 packs of Neo Destiny or other WotC packs and pull stinkers like this for the rare card. Lol
