Prototype Bulbasaur had Ivysaur’s final background, was drawn by Ken Sugimori and had 60 HP.
It also had an error on it’s card regarding the height and weight, stating that it’s 1.1m/3’07” (size of Charmeleon) and 90kg/198.4lbs (slightly lighter than Charizard).
