{G} → Whirlwind : 60
Switch out your opponent’s Active Pokémon to the Bench. (Your opponent chooses the new Active Pokémon.)
{C}{C} → Bye-Bye Flight
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. Shuffle that Pokémon and all attached cards into their deck, and then shuffle this Pokémon and all attached cards into your deck. If your opponent has no Benched Pokémon, this attack does nothing.

is the second attack name a reference to ash’s butterfree, or am i seeing connections where there are none?
Twylis
Not only is it likely an anime reference (EP021, Bye Bye Butterfree), it’s a straightforward 1:1 translation from the Japanese text, which is also referencing the anime episode’s title which was a straightforward 1:1 translation as well.
Incidentally, Butterfree’s name is the same in Japanese, making this three instances of linguistic parity. Likely made the localization of this attack pretty easy, lol.
Of course, I suppose one could split hairs about the hyphenation :U
