To think that even a seemingly innocent, balanced card like this could be “cruel” when fueled by scoop up.
“You hurt this guy? Scoop up. He’s fully healed. now I get to switch to my main attacker for free anyway. Oh yeah ,and you’re poisoned.””
Obviously, there are far better uses for scoop up, but it DOES deserve mention.

Unless your opponent is plaing Deafen Lock, you’re probably going to get OHKOed, and if your opponent is playing Deafen Lock, you won’t be able to play Scoop Up, so this probably wouldn’t work.

Obviously Cacnea isn’t going to be doing you much good. I was just pointing out that even weak cards allow for cruel tricks in conjunction with Scoop Up
