This thing’s HP took SO long to be overtaken by a Basic.

Back when that was in the format it must have been a durant-type deck. It would take so long to kill you would deck out.

Following from my comments on Brock’s Sandshrew (G1 #71), “Scrunch” may or may not be the debut of Defense Curl to the TCG, depending on whether you consider [まるまる 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐮] is meant to be understood to be the same attack as [まるくなる 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐤𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐮] or not. In the 30 second time span since making the other comment, I’ve decided it’d be a terrible precedent to think of this card as the debut of Defense Curl – so congratulations after all, Brock’s Sandshrew! Sorry Chansey, better *luck* next time?
