Poké-BODY ⇢ Crystal Type
Whenever you attach a {R}, {L}, or {F} basic Energy card from your hand to Charizard, Charizard’s type (color) becomes the same as that type of Energy until the end of the turn.
{R}{R}{F} → Fireblast : 40
Discard an Energy card attached to Charizard.
{R}{L}{L}{C} → Dragon Tail : 50×
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 50 damage times the number of heads.

Crystal Pokémon were unplayable with their energy costs :/

I think the point of Crystal Pokemon was just the fact that they could be 4 different types, to cover lots of weaknesses. The downside was obviously the expensive and complicated energy requirements.

I think the new Dragon Type Pkmn are descendants of these Crystal Pkmn. :)

I always felt Charizard got shafted in the art department, put I have always liked the art on this particular card.
Blob Takeshi
The guy who drew this card also did the cards of Pikachu dressed as Charizard!

Since Charizard is Flying type, and all Flying type Pokémon can be classified as Colorless Pokémon, this is technically the first Colorless Charizard card, iirc.
