It does indeed – it was reprinted due to the fact that Charizard VSTAR was printed with new artwork. It was one of a handful of Pokémon V to be reprinted in Crown Zenith with existing artwork, all of which were due to a Pokémon VMAX or VSTAR being printed that either had new artwork or was an entirely new card. (It still wasn’t anywhere near as generous with the reprints as Paldean Fates, mind you.)
