Search your deck for any Rotom and switch it with any Rotom you have in play. Any cards attached to Rotom and damage counters on it are now on the new Pokémon. (Remove all Special Conditions and effects from Rotom.) Put Rotom on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.
· Supporter rule: You can play only one Supporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, put this card into your hand instead of discarding it.

I wonder how this card works with the BW-on rules for Supporters…

As far as I know, the only major changes to supporters as of BW are:
-‘Supporter’ is now referred to as “Trainer: Supporter”
-Supporters do not ‘stay on the board’ once they are placed down.
I’m not sure how either of these changes would impact the use of this card…

It doesn’t stay on the board, and that’s the problem. The card says to return it to your hand from play at the end of your turn.

“Put this card in your hand instead of discarding it” should still work exactly as worded. It just won’t sit there, it’ll go back to your hand straightaway if you played it.
Now if you were to Download it (Porygon2 GE) then it would stay discarded since you didn’t play it as such.

Wow, I didn’t raed the card properly enough to see the ambiguity. It’s weird that they put the card’s defining feature in the same section as the card’s reminder text, and the holographic backing doesn’t help.
Yes, this card would immediately be returned to your hand upon use, allowing it to be replayed should you have enough support(what a pun) to drop multiple supporters per turn, though as phoenix said you wouldn’t be able to download it multiple times without the use of discard pile shenanigans.
Come to think of it, this isn’t the only card impacted by that ruling. Now that Lysandre is in the format, the interaction is actually very relevant. A player can drop a supporter, send it to the discard pile, and then immediately vs. seeker it back up before the opponent gets a chance to activate Lysander. If the old rule was in place, it would be impossible to retrieve it from the discard without giving your opponent at least one turn to shuffle it back into your deck.

Seems you can search for any Pokémon with Rotom in its name: http://pokegym.net/community/index.php?threads/rotom-shift-charons-choice.110785/
