    That’s not a cloudy sky…It’s a weather condition you can’t safely check.

    I’m not sure why a cloudy sky would decrease damage Fire-types take. That’s more moisture in the air, which Fire-types probably dislike :v
    (I understand it’s to parallel the Sunny Day pokebody, but still)
