Please some agree with me that this has to bee connected to the dual stadiums

You’re correct! There’s absolutely an interview floating around somewhere out there where an artist or PCL staff member talks a little bit about the concept behind the BREAK era sets, but a ton of the cards are set in the parallel city that’s shown on Parallel City, and maybe the other ‘parallel’ stadiums, too?
someone
You said there were other cards set in parallel city/ the other stadiums, can you please give some examples? Thank you!

Sure. It’s mostly done by set, so I’ll just use BREAKthrough as an example. It’s the first set and it’s set in the cities of the Parallel City stadium – one is an advanced and futuristic city that features white buildings and a lot of skyscrapers, and the other is a large old villa with classic European-style architecture.
The art for Pokémon like Paras, Chesnaught, Gogoat, Pansear, Starmie, Raikou, Cresselia, Marowak, and Staraptor are set in the futuristic city. Opposite them, Pokémon like Pansage, Panpour, Haunter, Elgyem, Meloetta, Florges, Hoothoot, Ursaring, and Smeargle are all featured in the older city. Xerneas and Noctowl in particular showcase the big tree at the center of the older city.
Pokémon in the other BREAK sets seem to continue the theme. By the time you get to Fates Collide, it seems like the parallel cities have collided, which is why Omastar‘s artwork appears to feature the futuristic city with the overgrown trees of the older city, and other cards like Mandibuzz, Wormadam, Lucario, and Aerodactyl feature similarly chaotic feeling settings. Chaos Tower seems to be Parallel City after the two cities have collided.

By the way, the set was originally split into two subsets, with Mega Mewtwo Y coming from the futuristic city, and Mega Mewtwo X coming from the older city. If you look up the Pokémon by their original sets, I think you’ll find that most of the Pokémon from the futuristic city came from the Red set with Mega Mewtwo Y, and and everyone from the older city was from the Blue set with Mega Mewtwo X.
