· Hang Down, an attack which debuted on SW Shuppet, most recently appeared on BRS Chimecho.
· I’ve really come to appreciate Naoyo Kimura’s artwork over the past year. I don’t think he was ever a favorite of mine, but his artstyle has been more or less constant over the years and I think that’s really comfy. I can readily imagine this Chimecho artwork being featured on a card printed in 2003, 2013, or 2023, and there’s something really nice about that.
¹ This doesn’t seem to be an intended reference – the original name of Boo-Hoo was うるうる [𝐔𝐫𝐮𝐮𝐫𝐮], and this Chimecho’s attack is ゆめみのねいろ [𝐘𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐢 𝐧𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐨]. They’re just reusing a mechanic is all.
