It discharges positive and negative electricity from its antenna tips to shock its foes.

How can it even retreat when it is literally frozen in place?
The Hawth
“Well. This sucks.”
Sam
Poor thing.

On the subject of freezing, I was trying to think of Freezing as a special condition. Paralysis and Sleep pretty much take up Freezing’s canonical function,so how about…
Frozen: A Pokemon that is Frozen remains Frozen until switched or cured of special conditions. Energy Cards may not be attached to a Frozen Pokemon(Energy Cards already attached to the Frozen Pokemon still function as normal)
Obviously it would be limited to mid-high energy attacks to prevent easy locks.

The biggest problem with freeze is that there are no more 90 degree angles to turn your card to. Right now, conditions that effect your ability to attack or retreat require you to turn the card in a specific direction, while conditions that deal damage require a marker to be placed on the card. Regardless of how freeze works, there is no direction left to turn it.
