There’s Rare Candy and Broken Time-Space. There could be something else as well.

Rare candy doesn’t work that way anymore. Even in unlimited, the errata counts, so you still have to wait until its been in play for a turn.

Plus you can’t do Basic-Stage One Rare Candy anymore, it has to jump the Stage One.

You can’t Breeder on the turn a Pokemon is played, either. Unless BTS is in play or you played a Giovanni that turn. Neither of those effect Candy, though.
