So… If I use Cinccino’s attack, it does 50 damage. Next turn it does 100. And if I continue attacking, next turn it does 150, then 200, etc? This plus the ability is pretty awesome.

Not exactly. It hits for 50 the first time, and 100 for each hit afterward. The extra 50 only adds to the base damage, whatever you hit last turn is irrelevant.
