So this is a card that has a “Held Item”…

Q1. Did I use the search functions incorrectly, because “has:held-item” only lists this card… is this the only card in the game that has a “Held Item”?
Q2. The official database doesn’t list any “Held Items”, and I’m not sure if the rulebook explains them, so I’m a little confused as to how they work.
I assume they are similar to an “Ancient Treat”, meaning it’s an attribute on a Pokemon that doesn’t count as an Ability?

Something must be wrong with the search, there are other cards with held items: https://pkmncards.com/card/murkrow-secret-wonders-sw-95/

Yes, they work like Ancient Traits.

Why is this the only held item pokemon… also while we’re on the subject of this kind of thing, why are there no pokemon listed as having an ancient trait?
