Why does this exist when it only heals 10 more extra damage compared to Pokémon Center Lady · Sword & Shield (SSH) #176?

Looks like you get 10 extra HP back in exchange for only being able to target your active/no special condition removal. I would say it’s not worth it, but I’ve seen a few people trying it.
