    The funny thing is, in our current format, he’d be MUCH less playable. No poketurn, so he’d have to rely on Super Scoop Up and Seeker. Sure, he does an extra ten damage, but when your opponent has a 180 HP behemoth at the ready, it’s not exactly easy. He would probably see more play in decks that run Pluspower currently, though. Being able to have another starter with more than 60 HP is vital, and free retreat is a bonus too.

    Since energy gain is also not in format, his attack cost is spot-on for the effect, or maybe even a bit too high.

      People would play him in ZekEels for 2 reasons:

      1: PlusPower is nice

      2: Free retreat, so Dynamotor frenzy after you get KOed and then free retreat.
