Guy
I get that they went with Dark for Poison, but Fighting weakness really doesn’t make any sense here. I wish they’d stop dumbing down everything.
Otaku
It makes some sense, but I agree, it shouldn’t have happened. For those wondering about the logic behind this:
TCG Fighting consists of VG Fighting, Ground, and Rock. VG Crobat is a Poison/Flying type, so it takes
*x2 damage from Rock, Electric, Psychic, and Ice attacks (Weakness)
*1/2 damage from Poison and Fairy attacks (typical Resistance)
*1/4 damage from Fighting, Bug, and Grass attacks (double Resistance)
*0 damage from Ground attacks (Immune)
The TCG Fighting type is made up of VG Fighting, Ground, and Rock types. Having an Immunity and a “double” Resistance to two of those three types should easily outweigh having base Weakness to the third. Crobat V should be Lightning Weak and Grass Resistant; no conflict between the type relationships.

Everything above is technically true, but always remember that the card synergies and game balance matter more than the Pokemon on the card. They probably just needed a support Dark type from the VG Poison types. One that is Fighting weak. Now they could’ve chosen a better Pokemon, like Swalot or Garbodor, but Crobat is pretty popular gen 2 Poke.
