This card is so funny to think about as something for a Pokemon to actually use. Imagine being a Charizard and just blowing up some little Pokemon, but before it loses consciousness, it uses a spooky feather duster to tickle you, and immediately collapses afterward. We need more extremely goofy Tool concepts asap
