When Dark Gyarados is Knocked Out by an attack, flip a coin. If heads, this power does 20 damage for each {W} Energy attached to Dark Gyarados to the Pokémon that Knocked Out Dark Gyarados. Apply Weakness and Resistance. This power doesn’t work if Dark Gyarados is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

I do like Dark Gyarados, but I can’t help but feel Dark Vileplume · Team Rocket (RO) #13 would’ve been a better Team Rocket representative for this set, especially since Shining Magikarp already represents this line. Dark Vileplume’s trainer lock concept spawned an archetype that’s been continuously remade every couple generations!
