    I do like Dark Gyarados, but I can’t help but feel Dark Vileplume · Team Rocket (RO) #13 would’ve been a better Team Rocket representative for this set, especially since Shining Magikarp already represents this line. Dark Vileplume’s trainer lock concept spawned an archetype that’s been continuously remade every couple generations!
