I played a fun deck with this in TCG 2, with Imakuni. I used multiple coin flips and search trainers to force Heads when attacking.

How does RNG manipulation work in those games? I’ve played through them both plenty of time, but I’ve been screwed by coin flips countless times.

You flip the coin. If tails, you reset the game, select “continue the duel”, then you either play a trainer that requires a coin flip (e.g. Poké Ball) or a trainer that shuffles your deck (e.g. Computer Search), then you can try again. The coin flip results are fixed during a duel (that is, the PRNG only rolls when the game needs a pseudo-random number.)

Perhaps the only Pokémon-Power that actually turns itself /on/ when its Pokémon is afflicted with a Special Condition.
(other Pokémon-Powers that don’t have the “This power can’t be used if this Pokémon is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.” rules line are either come-into-play from-the-bench effects)
